Ms. Jambaldorj is a legal specialist with a strong background in international private law, corporate law, civil and administrative litigation. Having interned at the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and "Mongol Advocate" LLP, she has an experience to dealing with legal and commercial documents and legal translations.
She has successfully drafted domestic and foreign companies' main documents, including Charters, legal opinions, and corporate contracts. Ms. Jambaldorj assisted Clients on the legal requirements for establishing foreign-invested corporations within Mongolia and protecting IP rights in Mongolia.
Her professional background includes work on representing Clients before the Administrative courts, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, and other government agencies of Mongolia.
She is now working in our Mongolian office.
